90% of those codes are inactive and just stored codes that really mean nothing. They were probably triggered when you removed the CEM or disconnected the battery. You need to reset all the codes and see what comes back.
I'm very suprised the Garage you went to did not reset all the DTC and see what comes back.

Had an similar problem with reduced power and acceleration on my V50 T5 „Turbocontrol signal too low“
Take a look at the MAP sensor, it is easy to reach if you remove the cover of the foglight on the driverside.
The sensor often breaks or connectios corrades.

Love the videos mate recently got a V50 of my own sadly just with the 2.0 Diesel would’ve love myself a D5 but still I’ve come to love the s40/v50 platforms. Keep up the good job on the videos🙏

V50 is one of the best cars ive owned and i have had 18 different cars. Mines the 1.8 petrol

Looks like my V50. Every possible engine malfunction is showing up in VIDA, It stutters like hell.. Still can't seem to say goodbye to it. 😅
