I feel like firearms technology struggles a lot more on advancing. The biggest advancement in the last 2 decades has been attachments. Like beretta 92 might not be glamorous but it can essentially hold its own with a SIG.

C93 is like the most historical semi auto firearm besides the 1911, Colt 45 Revolver, and Mauser.

The first revolver was made in 1836 called the Colt Paterson and the one in the video is Colt 1860 Navy revolver.


The Luger was invented in 1908, hence the name PO8

The Walther PPK was made in 1929

Why would you not include the Browning M1900/1899 but keep the 1905? M1900 was the first mass produced pistol featuring the now-traditional pistol slide and is pretty much the forefather of most pistols today.
