I found you in '83, in church of all places. My brother's memory was triggered during the Catholic Mass of a lyric he'd heard on Forgotten Sons. I was hooked from the first line of the album. I hooked my friend by leaving the Fugazi cassette in his car. It took him 3 play throughs, but then he confessed that it was pretty much "welded" in to the tape deck. We saw you in '86 at The Fillmore in San Francisco, "...a dream fulfilled." It was always the lyric, I followed you when the band split, and I haven't looked back since.

The first time I saw Fish was in Feb 83 and I was hooked! He is a brilliant songwriter and has an inexplicable presence on stage. The same magic that Ozzy possessed in his prime or the late Bonn Scott. Enjoy your well-earned retirement.

Fantastic song! Such a beautiful end to this period of anticipating new singles and new Fish albums. I only joined the party fairly recently (being only born in 1990), but it's been a blast and it's still somewhat shocking to me that the party is indeed going to be over. Fantastic music!
