This makes so much sense! Thank you Dr Kate. Recently diagnosed with breast cancer -estrogen and progesterone positive, HER2 negative, dense breast tissue, tumour is contained. Surgery in 1 week. I actually cried while watching this because it ALL MAKES SENSE!! I don't use my microwave anymore, but used plastic water bottles which I've changed to stainless steel. Was storing food in plastic containers in fridge, have been suspicious of shampoos and conditioners so changing these. Concerned about pesticides, roundup used on wheat, so making changes to organic. Using filtered water. Thank you so much for this video. I wish I could see you but I'm in Australia.

Thank you for sharing this info! I am confused about one thing though. IF you have had BC. that was Progesterone + in the past, shouldn’t you also try to keep that hormone down and avoid “progesteronic” (as well as Estrogenic?)
