I like that the first avatar was a firebender. Wan displayed how firebenders are not all bad, considering the 100 year war in Aang’s time.

The way they handled past avatars in the legend of korra was so brutal it made them seem like they don’t gaf about her… i don’t get what happened to them but they for real dropped the ball with this series

I don’t like the existence of wan and rava… i wish they never explored this part of avatarhood… we’ve only seen as far as 7 generations of avatars throughout the series and then they jumped 1 thousand generations past to the first one? And the existence of a dark and light dual spirits (second yin yang spirits) in the show and how there can be a dark avatar just made the whole avatarhood less special and made it seem very generic. I genuinely love kora the character and wish they could rewrite her journey in a novel because the show didn’t just failed to compare to the first one. It was basically bad all the way through!
