"When we hit our lowest point we are open to the greatest change" - my man still making me feel the pure spirit

Love how Aang is pretty direct with what he means when talking to Korra, unlike the avatars he spoke to in his era.

My favourite part of the Yakone Aang chase scene all these years later is only now just realizing the airbending slice was indeed an airbending slice. Sokka would be proud.

The voice actor who plays Sokka in particular nails his inflections

You can tell Aang really hates taking away anyone's bending.

Aang appearing before his own son is still the best cameo. Change my mind

Aang: Toph, I'm 40 years old.

Me: 140 years old you geezer.

You'd think in the presence of a bloodbender, they'd bring in the only known person to defeat a bloodbender.

I love that quote by Aang 'When we are at our lowest point we are open to the greatest change', I also love how Korra stopped crying as soon as Aang appears

Korra losing all her connections to the past Avatars hurts so much especially Aang cause we got to see him grow from just a kid to a fully realized Avatar
The fact that Aang is gone forever hurts

“Aang is so cool, he should have his own series”

Edit: the amount of people who don’t recognize that this is a joke is astonishing

0:22 I cried so much, seeing the other Avatars standing behind Aang, realising he's now part of the collective. Just like how Roku appeared to Aang. An overwhelming sense of proudness of how far he's gone. He's one of them now, he's an Avatar.

If we think about how Roku failed to stop the 100 year war and Aang stopped that war. But then he failed to rebuild the Air Nation but Korra did it. But at the end she lost the whole connection whit past Avatars, which tells us what new Avatar needs to get that connection back.

I love how Aang seems to really dislike taking away a person's bending. He understands that being born a bender is a unique gift not many people receive. Even if he only took away bending from bad people, it's still an awful thing to do. Bending for a lot of people shapes who they are. It's always a part of them, and when you take that away you're essentially leaving a shell of who they once were behind. It's almost the same as losing a limb in our world. You're losing an extension of yourself.

I really love the scene of Aang showing up before Tenzin.

It is a crime that Aang only has 10 minutes worth of clips in The LoK

I really hated them having her connection with her past lives broken forever it’s was one of the stupidest things ever.

“ when we hit our lowest point, we are open to the greatest change “ speaks for everybody who hits the lowest point in their life. You can either continue, or do what you know you need to do next.
