Audi is offering the Audi SQ5 as the top model in the series at market launch. The V6 TFSI with a displacement of three liters produces 270 kW (362 Hp) and has a maximum torque of 550 Newton meters.

The range-topping model, the new BMW X3 M50 xDrive, features the most powerful six-cylinder in-line petrol engine yet fitted in an M Performance model. The 3.0-litre M TwinPower Turbo unit links up with 48V mild hybrid technology. Its maximum output of 293 kW/398 hp is channelled to the road via an eight-speed Steptronic Sport transmission and BMW xDrive intelligent all-wheel drive. The BMW X3 M50 xDrive powers to 100 km/h (62 mph) from rest in 4.6 seconds.

I prefer the Audi particularly the interior. Love the screen integration. The front end of the X3 is boxy and over thick. The prior 3 was superior.

Audi is fugly. BMW is muscular and unique. Audi could easily be a Golf Allroad.

The gaping mouth on the Audi overwhelms the front end and weakens the overall look and the wheels on the Audi seem so tiny adding to the unbalanced pudgy look.- THE BMW looks well proportioned and is the better looking vehicle on the outside . It is the opposite with the Interior - The Audi interior looks way better and I believe is also ahead in quality bits ( as opposed to the hard plastic in some areas in the BMW ) with the exception of the steering wheel.

The Audi is just a collection of cheap parts and the prices are now getting silly. Not at all premium. BMW just looks unbalanced, but better quality and cheaper to buy due to BMW Finance being much cheaper than Audi. Basically they're both a bit crap. Get a Mercedes GLC, so much better than these.
