Ukraine War: 'Every chance' Ukrainians can beat Russian forces in the Donbas - Minister

Armed Forces Minister James Heappey has told Sky News that Ukrainian forces have "every chance" in securing the Donbas region in southeastern Ukraine.

What i am seeing is that Russia is killing people and Ukraine is trying to stop Russians soldiers from killing civilians. But Ukraine alone cannot stop those soldiers from killing civilians, they needs plenty of help

I enquired a few days ago to Dundee City Council about why the black bags of Refuse next to my Black Bin I had left out were not picked up by the bin men and they said it was a new environment policy.
