The circumstances surrounding the event led some to question whether it was pollution or 5G on social media, but an animal expert told The Guardian it was most likely a predatory bird which led to the flock of birds to the ground.

*I just watched a show on this because it's happened before. What it turned out to be was something about birds don't just fly by sight but by temperature. When things get screwy with the weather, up becomes down and down becomes up. They think they're flying full force upward towards the sky when they're really flying full force down towards the ground. I don't know if this is the case with these birds but it's something to look into and very sad either way*

I initially thought the birds just dropped dead from the sky, but from the looks of it they were just doing a nose dive

The cause of death was impact with the ground. The cause of the birds to get thrown off in their sense of direction was a geomagnetic storm, which also knocked out 40 satellites from spaceX within a few-day time frame surrounding Feb 7th.

I just wanna say im pretty sure for the ones that died and did not fly away afterwords. The cause of death was slamming face first into the ground not unknown. Unknown is the reason why they did this not how they died.

This is due to what is called a mirco=burst. It is when the bird is hit with an extreme tail wind which causes it to lose all of its lift. Happens to airplanes sometimes. the only difference is that planes can generate its own thrust

In Canada BIRDS FLOCK LIKE THIS in huge numbers in the late summer migration and are amazing to watch similar to a huge schools of fish that swarm... and this looks like a freak accident.

It looks like changes in air pressure. Birds are highly susceptible to pressure changes. They're typically good at handling pressure changes, but they have a more challenging time when extreme. Also, weather can heavily affect them, so flying from Canada, where it's frigid, to Mexico, where it is hotter, can drastically affect their physiology. Not to mention that because of climate change, many of their stops along the Pacific Flyway are becoming more and more scarce, leaving them less food and rest along their migration route. Read some books and stop believing what you see on the internet, especially about toxic fumes and 5G. If there were toxic fumes, the community's residents would have also been affected. Predators are also not likely to create that response on such a large scale.
