In 2007, Austinites were gripped by the mystery of 60 dead birds on Congress Avenue.

We have a tower, about 30 feet from he park, no matter how much food is left for he birds, the birds won't fly in to eat it, after 25 plus years of seeing it!
We had one put on the lock mow the birds won't even land anymore! The cats, raccoons, squirrels, possums and even the skunk, have left and the dogs, so can't leave are acting strange... This is a nightmare
