Can a landlord evict a tenant before the lease expires?

Most landlords feel like they’re hitting a wall the moment they realize that
they need to evict a tenant before the expiry of the lease.
I’m not going to lie,
it’s not always the easiest thing to do but there are laws and clauses that can
help you justify doing it and even save you time if you know your way around
the law.
In this video I explain it all, and if you’re watching on mobile you can even
screenshot some of the content to refer back to later.
Also, you may have noticed that this is a new format of content for me. It’s
still a work in progress but I’d be grateful for your feedback because I have a
lot more video content coming up and I want to share with Property
Owners, Investors, Tenants and Brokers everything they need to know
about Dubai property from a legal perspective.
