so abrasive toothpaste is ok once every six months because dentists use hella abrasive paste to clean when you get a checkup. Just not everyday.

Ive been using hello charcoal toothpaste for 3 years now and i have white teeth and no sensitivity, i can still bite a popsicle, drink ice cold beverages, and hot drinks. So i don’t think hello is one of the bad ones.
