recently using sesame oil (small ammount on tongue swishing entire mouth and working natural into the tongue then spit)
make sure your tongue is clean you can use hydrogen peroxide once in a while but don't overdo it. no fluoride toothpaste it's eats skin...
baking soda lightly sprinkled in water dash of salt. always brush the entire MOUTH and tongue gently as well as cheeks and high above the gum line. cleansing safely like this and then using the sesame seed oil ( organic non gmo no hexain)
this alone can change alot of cracking issues remember gargle with the baking soda at night and do the sesame seeds oil again.

don't smoke, potassium 5-10k daily
make sure you have zinc and vitamin C as well as b-12 natural yeast no synthetic.
most are always missing zinc body can't store it. sugars kill C and potassium ESSENTIAL you replace. 8 oz water and less than 1tablespoon baking soda (gargle 15 seconds)
feel tingle? it's working mouth too acid. don't drink coffee (acidic)and if you do remember your gargle water and clean water after that rinse don't swallow. do the same if you smoke. don't smoke weed is worst thing that cause dry cracking to fissure or new irritation. I hope this helps make sure your salt is sea salt (Redman salt best) 1/2 teaspoon daily NOT AT ONCE! I mean on food little in water if need (can add to gargle water). sorry so all over the place with tips hope this helps mine healed totally or close still healing. also gentle clean the tongue cracks of food. occasionally hydrogen peroxide but don't overdue it. buy the softest brush can buy and remember fluoride eats flesh period. use hello or any non fluoride alternative you don't need it. India doesn't put fluoride in there water ITS A NEURO TOXIN LIKE CHLORINE!

I never use to have this problem till now. I think it gets better when I use Cordisyl mouthwash . I've also a small lump on the end on my tongue it has been there for about 18 months now. Hasn't got any bigger . I live in Cornwall so don't have a dentist and rarely see a gp.
