For crimes as serious as this, the idea of rehabilitation shouldn't even be contemplated, if someone wants to achieve rehabilitation and redemption, feel free to be an upstanding citizen whilst sitting in a cell for the rest of your life.

I live in Waco and lived here when he was released and young women started disappearing. Everyone was scared and locked their doors and watched themselves in parking lots. We were all grateful when he was caught.

All parole board decisions need to be made transparent to the public, when the convict is violent or a murderer. They are full of unqualified people and are rife with nepotism.

Honestly, those who let him out on parole have lots of blood on their hands.

It is unbelievable that McDuff was released considering he was on death row for so many years. I just don't understand how such a dangerous individual was even considered safe to be let out. So awful that he picked up where he left off..

America is weird
There are kids in jail for life for drug possession or for sitting in a car when their friend got out and shot someone. But a triple murdering rapist can be released.Wild.

My aunt was murdered by her boyfriend in 1970 in Texas and because his family was apart of the law, they covered it up as a suicide. There’s no reason he took a shower & washed his clothes after “finding she shot herself” justice isn’t always served, sadly…. RIP my beautiful aunt, Alice💕 I’m glad you’re reunited with my momma 🥹

There’s no statute of limitations on murder. Why wasn’t McDuff immediately charged with the other two murders?

Clearly a lesson here is that the Legal System IS NOT a Justice System.

Whoever paroled that pos should be put in prison for criminal negligence.

I was shocked that police weren’t waiting outside the prison when McDuff was released. The police could have charged him for the other two murders since there is no statute of limitations on murder. Therefore, police could have been waiting to arrest him for those two murders and simply put him back in jail. That would have protected the public and prevented the other crimes he committed after his prison release. SMDH

I read recentlythat the reason he told them where Colleen's body was at was because he had a bad toothache & they withheld pain meds from him until he told them where she was. Good for them.

I hope he and his mother, who raised and defended the monster she called her son, are both rotting in h*ll. It's disgusting to me that he ever was paroled in the first place. Those who released this monster back into society should have been held accountable for their actions 😢

Truly sad when the perpetrators have more rights than the innocent

Cases like McDuff make me a firm believer in Street Justice.

I can't believe Mcduff was paroled. It's stunning. And a slap in the face to the victims and their families. That is not justice.

People rotting in prison for drug charges and this monster gets parole after murdering 3 kids. And he murdered again just like law enforcement knew he would. Our justice system is a joke.

I can't help but feel nostalgic when I see these programs like The Prosecutors, The FBI Files, Forensic Files, and The New Detectives.

I haven't heard the McDuff story in decades but the first frightening thing that I am hearing after he is released that he is living in a DORMITORY at a colllege !
