Junta in Greece was the best for Greece. Greece's banks before were empty and when junta came, they fixed roads they created new roads they lowered the taxes they made different industrial buildings and more. The ones that were "offended" were the communists

Misleading, there are 3 main government systems: Democracy, Authoritarianism and Dictatorship. Most of the stuff you mention are political philosophies, which are characteristic for the rulers themselves. Oligarchy is a group(not a system, they can rule but they still follow one of the 3 systems mentioned above), Meritocracy is a political philosophy, Emirate is a culturally-tied title(European equivalent of Monarchy), Parliamentary is democratic Caliphate is Auth. or Dict., Same for Military junta… You get the point. There’s only 3 government systems which any political entity follows(mentioned above), and which one they are depends by their overall control on the population, censorship, etc..
