How did Dirac discover the Dirac Equation #Shorts

In this video I take 60 seconds to show some motivations for Dirac to think up the Dirac Equation. In a following video I'll explain how the Dirac Equation leads naturally to Positrons. One can see, that KG and D equations are approximate, because energy-momentum is wrong. Should be E=¥mc^2

Why does the switch to quantum happen when you change momentum to the ihbar derivative? Why is momentum written like this and does doing this at any point in any problem automatically turn the problem into a quantum mechanical formulation of the problem?
