Instead of an empty caption, try a single space. That will effectively count as a caption and hide the action name.

I would keep your dummy action, but add a caption of 'Empty' or 'No Action'

It looks like BC cloud has been getting progressively slower over the last 6 months.
resources may not be keeping up with customer adds.

Your video prevents me in the future from wasting time on finding out why "Power Automate" is not there.
How about simply adding "Refresh" (Currpage.update)? It does something but harmless 🙃
