Honestly, this guy is what made me completely change my view on gun control. His whole gun bit that he does is all for a joke, but I really can't argue with any points that he makes in it.

Jim's routine was the smartest, funniest and most accurate thing a comedian has ever said on an issue that effects so many people. The people that get mad over it are stuck in the past, because if you base your entire existence on something written years ago and are adamant that it will not change, you will fail to move forward as a civilisation.

if more guns makes you MORE safe, why isn't America the safest country on earth?

I completely agree with him on everything.
You just need to look at the gun violence rate of America compared to other countries to see that something needs to seriously change over there.
The argument that guns are used for protection is complete BS in my opinion.
Additionally to the points he has already made I think the only people protecting something or someone with guns are the police the military and security people.
Professionally trained people, who's job it it to carry weapons and protect with them.
Other than that guns are used to rob, intimidate and kill, NOTHING ELSE.
I cannot understand why America - and I am not trying to generalize here, I know there are a substantial amount of people over there not fond of their gun laws - still lets these tragedies happen.
I would voice my opinion on the other points he made, but he already covered everything I think about it.
America needs to get her priorities straight.
I've seen a lot of people saying "if you don't like it, don't come here/ leave!"
Seriously? That's an argument you wanna make?
I definitely wo't be visiting the US for the time being exactly for those kinds of people!
Sure I'm scared of ISIS, North Korea and everything else that's happening on the planet.

I love how the “you can open carry a machine gun but not a chainsaw, that would be ridiculous” little joke was lost on most people. It was only when he made it more obvious did the joke start to register.

i am so happy to see this guy getting the recognition he deserves! he speaks harshly, and to some offensive, but he speaks the truth and it needs to be heard now more than ever.

Jim's set wasn't about gun control, it was about being honest about why you have them. "F off, I like guns" is an absolutely irrefutable reason for wanting to buy guns. How are you supposed to respond, "No, you don't"? It's not reason enough to allow people to buy whatever guns they want or to carry them wherever they want, but it's an explanation you can't argue against.

Since the guns were removed in Australia cases of drop bear attacks went up by 300%. That was until we realized that just having a bigger knife did the same job. Obviously we had to discuss what was a knife. Now i always carry a bigger knife and a bigger spoon on me. No one can take it off me. Its my right to carry a big spoon.
