Robert Mueller ends Russia investigation, resigns in press conference

Special counsel Robert Mueller resigned from the Justice Department and called the investigation 'complete' in a press conference. He also refused to say whether President Trump did or did not commit obstruction, but emphasized the role Russia played in the 2016 election.

His statement can be interpreted in many many ways! The way I thought he said that “A sitting president cannot be indicted. That is unconstitutional.” Meaning the law on not able to indict a sitting president is unconstitutional.
