Once upon a time in a land far, far away men used to wear stockings.

Love the sound of the crackling fire coupled with the gentle rain while the stew simmered. It's the simple things in life. 😌

"I'm not worried about that. All I'm worried about right now is you." This. This is relationship goals. Y'all are my favorite.

One of the coolest channels I’ve come across. You guys basically bring bygone eras to life in high definition. Wicked 👍🏻

This is the most beautiful reality ‘show’ ever. Full of human kindness, love, and all the things so many lack in their lives..

Justine’s motherly instincts show in this video, and I love it. Her taking care of Ron on a rainy day reminds me of my mom or grandma taking care of me when I was sick as a child.

I know Ron was froze out in that cold rain. Good thing he has you to keep the home fire burning and cook that delicious soup. I know it warmed him up

Even though it was raining in the video, just watching Ron warm up by the fire and you making that tasty looking soup, warmed me right up! Thanks for another winner!

I love the kindness of the couple. I know not all where like that, but still. Life when husbands and wifes really needed each other. Enjoyed the video thanks for sharing.

Lovely episode! It's great to have someone caring for you when you need it. Every person who found his/her soulmate is such a lucky human being. Having someone on your side who cares, who will step in, who will support and who will always be there, in good and bad times. God bless you!

There's something about these videos that give me hope in humanity today. You seem to recapture what I feel is missing - genuine care and concern. I just recently found this channel and I keep coming back for the warm feeling it gives me. Thank you for helping to heal!

Hope you can salvage some turnips. Many years ago I was actually living in a half built cabin. We had all the walls in the cabin framed but only 3 were closed in. We had half an acre planted a little late in potatoes and got an early early snowfall before we had harvested the taters. My husband was gone so I went out with the neighbor woman while it was raining sleet the next morning and she and I harvested those potatoes before they froze. We were SO cold and wet when it was done. We didn't have a hearth but did have a wood burning stove set up. I'd built up a fire in it before we went out to the field and when we got back we took off our boots, set two stumps in front of that stove, opened the oven door, and just stuck our feet right in there! I know just how Ron felt as he sat in front of that fire and thawed out! Soup looked real good.

I love oatmeal. My grand ma..(who was born 1898) would "toast" her ground meal in a hot ungreased pan to bring out the natural sugars..then add cold water.
I still stir and toast my popped popcorn.
God Bless You!
