My name is Zek and I'm a teen.
I started of with a tello drone and now I have been flying the mavic mini 1 for 3 years now.
Your videos helped me a lot with my mavic mini, thanks☺.
One of your ten tips that worked for me was to make sure that the drone is facing away from you so the orientation of the remote control is the same as the drone.
My tip is: If you take off and move to a different location be sure to update your home point. So if you press return to home the drone will go to the new location.

I had the mavic mini and I loved it. My tip is to fly against the wind so when you bring your drone back, the wind pushes it towards you

Hey Aldryn, I've been watching you since you started with the mavic mini and I've wanted one for so long, because I have a shitty one I got from a guy off the street and it's worked ok for now but a real professional drone would make me very happy, because I've been trying to practice my shooting. Good luck to everyone, and have a nice day! Also my favorite tip was the different ways of taking shots it's crazy how different a place can look depending from where you take it! :)

Not only your vid is about the Mini 3, but you're in Del Mar! where Desi Arnaz lived. Respect!
I'm a new never used a drone before, been wanting one since 2019 and been waiting for the Mini 3 pro from before they even thought about it.

One tip that always helps (and something I learned the hard way) is that it pays to have a spotter.

What a great video! Great tips. I'm a beginner as I don't own a drone but I really want to. I want to be part of the drone community. My favorite tip was the home point tip as you were saying that we have to set the altitude to be higher than anything around us. I never really thought of that and will definitely do that once I own a drone as I wouldn't want to break the drone. It's also great knowing that if you lose connection with the drone that it still comes back as it would be heartbreaking if you don't get it back. Great videos and keep posting as they're are really informative! And they encourage me to hopefully get a drone soon.

The hand launch is a great tip. I also do hand landing but never thought about hand launching.

New drone pilot. Got one for Father's Day. The battery tip for me is #1. I've flown once and love it. Great vid.

Great video! I'm a new pilot. I really think that launching a drone from your hand is super useful because you do not scratch the drone or crash it because of tall grass. Probably the best place to do hand launch is on the beach.

All these tips are great for someone like me who has never flown a drone before. I really like tip #5 for obstacle avoidance. I can’t wait to start flying a drone knowing all these starter tips.
Thank you for another great video! 👍

Thanks for the video. Another tip is if flying under objects like a bridge, change the settings to hover vs RTH. You risk if disconnected, the drone flying up into the object. Good luck and happy flying.

Tip: If you are a new flyer make sure you subscribe to this channel along with a few others since there is always good information and tips to make your flying a better experience.

I started flying about a year ago with a Holystone HS700 and moved up to a DJI Mavic Air 2. One more tip...Buy the best and you are always satisfied. Keep up the good work Aldrin.

Great video as always. I've been flying my mini 2 for a year now. A good tip is when flying from a boat over water is to set your signal loss to hover instead of return to home. As you will be on a moving boat you don't want the drone flying back to where it took off from.
