You remind me of my college professors. You had to take notes very fast while getting information. I learned better that way because my brain was actively engaged visually, auditory and manually. 😊

Copper deficiency more common in Indian children (due to poor diet) and copper toxicity more common among Western (foreign) populace (due to more chemicals)...

I have low copper. 64 ng. low for lab used is 70 or less. Optimal in middle is 122.5 Taking 25 mg zinc and 2 mg copper amino acid chelate then added 2 mg copper biglycinate. Now adding extra 4 mg of copper glycinate for a total of 6 mg copper and 25 mg zinc taken appart from each other for better absorption. BEEN TO 7 DOCTORS and only 1 addressed it and now the doctor has left. Very upset.

As a vegan with hypothyroitism I dont eat organs and I cant eat much leafy greens (inhibit thyroid hormone to work), so I guess I should take copper

Is it okay as a vegan to take 2mg of copper to 25mg of zinc daily? I am from Germany and my doctor does not test my levels he does not believ in supplements. But the zinc supplementation helped me a lot and I read in many sources that zinc supplementation depletes the copper storages, so I want to take 2g of copper.
