Copper is super important! Specially if you have white spots in your nails. Some think it’s due to zinc deficiency when it fact it can be low copper. You start giving patients copper and their white spots disappear (leukonychia)

I have also found that drinking copper water is also beneficial to your health. Although it may be difficult to find a pure copper bottle.

One of the oldest Ayurvedic methods is, get a copper jug from an Indian store, fill with water, leave overnight and drink early in the morning. Do not mix acidic substance like lemon vinegar etc.
And remember, good copper gets oxidizes and turns dark. If it doesn’t, then it’s not a good copper. It can be rubbed regularly with with lemon and salt to get the shine back.

Early morning drink water from Copper Jug from a overnight stored water, this is followed in our country ( Ayurvedic method ).
Do not drink water from a running tap, always store the water in a container and then drink.
Water has memory (Its a different subject though)

Pistachios have high copper. 40% per serving. I eat them like crazy. I also do a lot of powder mixes from Country Farms. I also drink the five college mix.
