When blending the cashew cream together, add the cold water in quarter cups. It makes it creamier

Update: i did make this vegan mac n cheese. It was delicious. Doesnt taste exactly like real mac n cheese but very close thanks to nutritional yeast. Will definitely make this again.😃

I made this last night and added mustard powder, onion and garlic powder and was really excited to try it, it was really lacking salt so I'd add more before putting into oven, but overall tasted great and would make again! The bread crumbs really made it next level too.

Sooo tasty! To counterbalance the salt (I’ll use less next time) I added a layer of cooked unsalted kale and peas before taking everything to the oven. Perfect dinner!
