For this class, you will need a set of light dumbbells. We suggest no heavier than three pounds. If you don't have them, substituting with two water bottles should do the trick. Don't forget to give a thumbs up if you enjoy the class and most importantly... SUBSCRIBE to our channel!

I love this standing low intensity combo workout! It worked every body parts in a short time. I’m drenched 😅. Please provide us more of these types. Especially when you incorporated the dumbbell. I’ve always hated using the dumbbell. But you made it doable and I just loved it. I had to pause 3 different times but I’m hoping to work on it so that I can get stronger.❤❤❤
