Fiora and Camille frankly. There ability to engage, disengage and do more consistent true damage to Sett is frankly more busted. Its just that they can play around his W cooldown so damn well with their dashes and Camille shield

Hey just so you know, garen E scales only with attack speed he gets with items and level, so taking attack speed in his runes is useless on his E, so in general it's better to take the tenacity Rune instead of the attack speed rune

Quinn beats sett top. You can only ever E him if he uses e first tho. If he ever presses q and runs at you hit him with your q and auto to consume the harrier and you will get more move speed than he does as long as you go w max.

@Zwag: Sett is countered quite easily by Singed. You hold your fling until he uses W and just fling him over you.
Also Akali still scales well with AD and is smart on her part as you benefit more from the omnivamp on her kit with ad early
