Take 2 adaptive rune and then start with doran blade, now your garen has 90 early AD, combine it with ignite, conqueror rune and E at lv 1 you can solo almost anyone

attack damage is always better if you can buy it (unless you need berserker greaves early for movement speed + dmg) because garen Q has a massive ad ratio and garen E still scales well with attack damage. Also, Garen prefers q max which scales better with attack dmg in a lot of matchups nowadays. -chall garen otp

If i remembered correctly, Garen E just simply doesnt benefit from legend alacrity.

Its not that tenacity is so much better since garen has some sort of built in tenacity anyways. On the other hand, garen feels useless if there is a lot of cc.

Attack Speed on Garen is overrated.

They should round up the amount of spins, but make the last spin do reduced damage based on your progress towards the next spin (for example, if you have 112.5% bonus AS, you get +5 spins, but the last one deals half damage, and will only do full damage once you get 125% bonus AS). This way every point of attack speed contributes, avoiding this weird powerspike mechanic where you have to check your AS to see if buying is good or worthless

Can you make some updates about this information? It seems. at the moment I cannot have 1 E bonus for 25% AS. It's been nerfed a bit and right now I need 30% AS for each bonus E.

Can you help me confirm this information? I had to buy 60% AS for 2 bonus E, but when I revert it to 50%. It becomes 1 bonus E.
