Btw, even the least tanky champions have almost 100 armor in late game, which means Lord Dominik's is *always* better than collector in late game (and probably even middle game), since collector only gives like 12 armor penetration on level 18 and Lord Dominik's gives like 30. So Collector is only really better than Lord Dominik's when it's your first, maybe 2nd item.
