22:00 Autonomous Rebel Suppression also means that your army reduces the Unrest 5x as effectively. One 20 stack can reduce unrest by the cap of 5 in 5 different provinces, instead of just 1.

22:00 The autonomous rebel suppression is actually quite useful. It spreads out the "friendly troops" unrest reduction to all the area that you set it to cover (up to -5 local unrest over a wide area, depending on the number of troops in the rebel suppression stack), and if rebels do spawn or walk into the area you have set to rebel suppress, that army will automatically hunt them down and unsiege stuff, and if the army thinks it can't deal with the rebel stack, you will get a notification flag.

Just fyi 1.37.3 messed up the manual call to arms (the one that happens in the war dec is working fine) for both the player and the AI. That's likely why England didn't join Gelre in that war but managed to stay allied.

Might be worth rolling back to 1.37.2 so it doesn't ruin your game.

I feel obligated to mention I am from Lauenburg! Beautiful historic old city by the elbe, not so beautiful new part of the city, but that's okay. If you're ever in the area I recommend visiting or at least stopping for an hour or two when passing through and taking a stroll through the old city and looking at the Maria Magdalenen Kirche (just a evangelic-lutheran church, but some history) and the Elbschifffahrtsmuseum (museum of naval shipping on the elbe).
I've always wanted to see a bigger youtube take on my home town :D

FYI when you use the autonomous rebel suppression each of your stacks get extra suppression strength. A small stack can give you the maximum 5 unrest reduction over entire areas very easily

you said at 19:47 you arent "real" saxon but lower saxon.
the lower saxons were the ones that conquered england back then. they were the true saxon but due to hre shenanigans the title of saxony shifted to the east. so true saxons are the lower saxons

17:25 The idea of the objectives and golden age mechanic is that it's dynamic to you having done something relevant to that time period, so really it should be if you complete the objectives you can fire your golden era sometime within the first 50 years of the next age to symbolize that you did well, and countries like the Ottomans would be one of the few able to fire their golden era in the first age.
