If your issue still persists, and you cannot find Bluetooth even in your Device Manager, and anywhere else suggests that you do not have the Bluetooth hardware (dangle) installed (which you do), it might have been caused by static electricity disturbance. To release static electricity, power off your computer or laptop. Disconnect it with the charger!!!, unplug every USB device, monitor etc, then let it sit there for 10 sec. Then, hold your power button for 20 sec. Then start your computer. You may see the Bluetooth button. Like this message if it works.

I have the same experience. I can say these methods may completely work or not, but the most alternative way to do is to close all opened windows and application, if you're using laptop like me, unplug your chargers, once done all these things, hold the power button for 10 seconds until it's turned off. Wait 30 seconds then power on your pc or laptop. Now locate in the task bar if bluetooth icon shows up and you can finally turn on your bluetooth in the settings. You're welcome

In my case the root cause for not having Bluetooth in Device Manager and MS Troubelshooter stating "no bluetooth on this device." was an issue with my DELL docking station! After undocking and starting the laptop on battery, bluetooth was back! Bluetooth also continued after redocking! Hope this helps someone with the same problem.

I have done all this.
I have updated bluetooth driver, done what you told.
But still bluetooth icon is is not showing on device manager even when hidden files are also shown. It's alson not there under network adapters.
I was using bluetooth headphones fine just until two days back. Now I am unable to access bluetooth
