What happens when your not a mortgage but in divorce papers it says upon request of husband the wife will sign a quit claim deed or execute any documents necessary to accomplish this.

Here is my story:i and my wife divorced 9 years ago and we did quitclaim deed.
Now we want to do quitclaim deed to get my name put back to the house. So, my question is both of us (we dont have any kid) will have the as same rights as we bought the house back in the year?
