Thank you so much. I am a Nam vet and did receive a 40% rating. However for what ever reason I was denied on my type 2 diabetes I just did another blood draw and the numbers are high. I'm thinking I should go back to the VA

I am a Vietnam Veteran 1st MAW DaNang Vietnam 1969,
after the Armed Forces, went to college, fortunate to get a job and career, Mainframe System Analyst/Programmer 25 years. Bought a 1 acre wooded lot and old house. Then around 2000 Y2K, I was started to be bullied and attacked by the ‘Bully Deranged Group Thinkers’ that are after jobs and property, I was drugged and my property damaged, I refused to go down, got an EMS ride to the hosptial ER, not one person would help me, I had talked to the company EOD Office and the police. I had to take an early retirement. I was at the Lenape Valley Foundation Doyestown Pa, the Lenape Valley Foundation helps the community with social issues of families, married couples, children and individuals. They charge about 100/hr to talk to there professional staff of Psychologist and Psychiatrists. Now there were the ‘Bully Deranged Group Thinkers’ severe electronic sounds outside & inside of the building, the staff walk-around like nothing is going on, there must be idiots that manage the place, it is unbelievable.
I am almost afraid to call ‘988’ to see what kind of people you may talk too.
It is a ‘Nightmare’ that ‘We-the-People’ have to put-up with
this antagonizing situation, the ‘Bully Deranged Group Thinkers’ have been making severe electronic sounds throughout Bucks County Pennsylvania and the USA for the last 25 years and longer trying to force people from their jobs and properties, nothing has ever been done about it, even it has never been reported on, it is a News Media ‘News Game’.
‘You can Expect anything to Happen’
They have the electronic technology to make electronic sounds 24/7 and bug homes. These sounds may be, (voices, noises, tones, pulses, waves, hissing, vibrator) and Doppler effect frequency shifts. They know what you are doing.
In Bucks County Pennsylvania the severe electronic sounds are making people sick and ill, Aggravated Electronic Sounds, knowingly and recklessly under circumstances manifesting extreme Indifference to the value of human life…
The Group Thinkers use the communities, Companies, Faceless Bureaucrats, Counselors, Psychologists, News-Media and Law Enforcement silence as consent and momentum to propel them forward, unopposed. ‘Stand Your Ground’.

Hello Stephanie, I love your videos and your FB page. If the veteran is already 100% p&t for over 5 yrs.combined, but have a cancer that was listed on the pact act as presumptive, is there any point in filing for it before August 9, 2023 ? When there won’t be any back pay or any extra pay.

So I am confused, if I am rated at 70%, and I filed the pact act claim. Is it going to open Me up for possible reduction???

I am convinced that the VA is trying to wait until I die so they will not have to give me any benefits. I applied in Dec. 2022 and I have only gotten “thank you for your service letters.’’ They look for any and everything to delay. Sorry, you are wrong about the response of the VA.

For clarity, I was not a combat vet (Aug 75 to Aug 84) who didn't serve in any of those areas, so I wouldn't qualify under the PACT Act if I had any toxic exposure during my time in service. So I'd have to file a va disability claim separate from the PACT Act. Is that correct?

Great video, thank you for sharing. My husband was able to get his chronic bronchitis service connected. But he got a 0 percent for compensation. Do you think the pact act will help him get his rating up for his chronic bronchitis? Thank you

I applied in FEB 2023 for a presumptive pact act claim with all the evidence in my STR's and V A medical records and a favorable C&P exam. Still waiting, it says they are gathering evidence but need nothing from me. Guess I am not one of those 1.7 million.
