3200 hours of Ark, and I have never played the Center Map. Holy Moly is it a spacious. Thanks for the semi-tour and great base places. That bubble is actually really cool, Harv. Good call!

I really wanted to build in the ruins you pointed out in the first spot. However my problem with that area, is that I want to avoid having to build walls and ceilings if possible, that's why I chose that spot, and the 2 spots I would use as my "house" portion of the base, the little hidden spots in the rocks, don't count as cover and rain and the general weather come thru the mesh of the map (super annoying). I love how this map looks but I'm having a really hard time finding an actual decent spot to build that's somewhat centralized on the map.

This is my favorite map. I currently have a base in middle of the map along the river. The jungle is a really busy area. I plan to move to the floating island. There are no beach bob's over there.
