There is a natural compound in egg yolks called phosphatidylcholine, which has huge benefits on your cell membranes, the brain and nervous system.

It is also beneficial in hepatitis type A, B and C. You can also get this in certain fish and soybeans however, soy is mainly GMO, so avoid it. There are no bad effects when you consume organic pasture-raised eggs, so don't be afraid to use them on a regular basis.

I don’t know what they did to people but every time I say how good eggs are, old folks get so defensive and start saying oh no! It raises your cholesterol. Then I have to go into the whole hdl/ldl speech. Lol but it’s worth it cause eggs really are a super food

Thanks for that video. You are right. Eggs are 'superfood', like avocados, lemons, etc. By the way - excellent sound/audio on this video!

Think about it: How many people have been brainwashed/conditioned to eat cereal for breakfast every morning while limiting their egg intake. Sometimes just to special occasions (eg, going out for breakfast)

From a child I used to eat meany eggs. I used to eat duck egg, chicken eggs. I used to make an omelet with 6 eggs and eat it all up. But when I moved to Europe the doctor was horrified. WHAT? NO, STOP that is bad for you, he said. So I stopped and started getting fat.

Yes keep the yolk raw or runny— not hard boiled or cooked hard:)

Awesome information :-) I don't eat nearly as much eggs as I should. However, I take several supplements that help, like "Herring Row Oil". Something I think, is worth noting is, Egg Yokes are bes Raw, so I never or rarely make Hard boiled eggs. I prefer the taste of lightly cooked or raw yokes. If I fry eggs, then I make them "Over easy", as not to completely cook the yoke... I'll shut up now... lol

I’ve been enjoying the quiche recipe you and Karen gave, though I expanded it to squares instead of a pie pan. I’m down to 1 meal a day so it’s meal prep for a few days

When my blod test showed high cholesterol levels, my doctor asked me to avoid egg yolks. I am eating 15 eggs(whole, need i say that) every day. I have lost 27 kilos and my blood test is normal. I cycle 20 miles a day.

I love you Dr. Berg. I am 69 and, Not to be picky put in your Sep 3, 2016 "The Nutritional Cause of Chapped Lips" you said you eat at least 3 eggs a day. I just want to know what is safer 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 eggs a day? I hear 6 a day is the BEST?
