BTW NTSC-J is slightly darker than regular NTSC. Need to pump up the brightness a wee bit.

Not that rare. I live in Japan and i have seen this kiosk at least 5 times.

Some kiosks are way more rare and almost like a legend, the Neogeo Kiosk or the SGX Sega Saturn are 2 insanely rare devices.
