I lost 130 pounds cause of this man. Gained it back after Mom died and being overworked and finding a happy relationship, now losing it again with what I learned. Down 16 pounds out of 130. Got a ways to go to get where I was last year

What I love about the anabolic diet is I can eat 2000 calories and feel full all day. Where before I’d eat 2000 calories for breakfast at ihop and be starving by lunch.

Been following the channel many many years now. Your recipes have changed my life. As a bigger guy (6’4 235lbs) it feels almost impossible to eat enough when it come to the boring chicken rice and broccoli. Now I find it way easier to hit my protein and calorie goals every day without hating every second of it

Before Government lockdowns and gyms shutting down, I was on track to be in the best shape of my life. I was using the REM cookbook religiously and working out like crazy. Got depressed when everything shut down and haven't tried as hard since then. But this year I'm not taking no for an answer! LETS DO

Really just started the diet today. Switched from keto. Down 25 pounds but missed my carbs. Grabbed the cookbook and about to put it to work. Tried my first protein bar by quest and wasn't really impressed so Anabar here I come💯💪🏾

I managed to maintain my weight for a year by eating this way. These meals are better options than eating “chicken, broccoli, and rice” for weight loss or to stay shredded. I went from being 250-300 pounds to 166 pounds after three years (2 years in the gym). I used a handheld body fat loss monitor and it says that I’m now 13.4% body fat. I started this health and fitness during the pandemic. Keep it up with the content. Channels like this were extremely helpful during my health ongoing journey!

I’m a broke college kid who’s trying my best to make this diet work. Lost 3 pounds in the first week and still going strong! Just ate my first Anabar today that I found miraculously at Trader Joe’s and it seriously was the best tasting protein bar I’ve ever had. I could eat them all day if I could afford it! Great job!

I love the full day of eating when you break down the calories! Thank ya! And I like that canned chicken too. What I do is mix it with fat free cottage cheese and salsa and eat it with the quest chips and it’s 🔥🔥. Thank for all you do! Thanks brother!
