Hey Aleese, I am so glad you love hot pot so much. I would recommend Chaoshan Beef hot pot for you since I don't see it in your video. It is another very popular hot pot in China, you can find them in any cities (but finding a good one is a bit tricky tho). It is from my home province Guangdong and the cities of Chaozhou and Shantou. Amy did videos on Chaoshan Hot Pot as well. Not sure if you will like it or not, but I will say it is worth a try!
