oo that's soo good to have multiple soup base flavors if they have tomato i always get tomato it's my favorite but i am like a kid in a candy store i want to try other soup flavors too like the collagen base the spicy base all of it that taste good 😋

It’s perfectly fine to have hot pot alone. I’ve done it 😊 the tricky part is to not over order for a single person, cuz it’s gonna be difficult to pack the leftovers to go. Also it’s kind of difficult to order multiple types of meat 😂

oh my, she eats spicier food than me! I couldn't do Haidilao spicy pot at their chain restaurant in California. I was living in Chengdu, China when I was young, where a city is known as Everyone eats very spicy food.

Good choices! But for me any fried beancurd is more important than the fresh beancurd or sweet potato! It's like an umami sponge. Both the sponge and the liquid it soaks up are umami.

i once spend like, two hours alone eating hotpot. they weren't busy that day. the cashier asked if i had my fill when im going to pay 😂 the amount of food i can fit in this small body is ridiculous sometimes
