Mix sauce ingredients and taste it to make any adjustments to your personal taste.

Toppings
I like having a mixture of leafy and root vegetables along with an assortment of mushrooms, fish balls, and tofu. Feel free to get whatever you like!

Meats
Get whatever meats you like as long as they are thinly sliced. When your cooking the meats dip it in the hot broth for 15-20 seconds or until the meat changes color and dip in the sauce!

Imma leave my sauce recipe here:

1:1 ratio of black vinegar and chili oil (about 2 tbsp each)
1 tsp of garlic (bonus if there is garlic oil
A tiny tiny bit of sesame oil and sesame seeds

This is BY FAR my favorite sauce and is my ultimate go-to. Super tangy, spicy, garlicky and goes super well with everything!

That looks awesome! Will definitely try this one next week. My sauce is usually half and half chili oil and char siu sauce topped with green onions and garlic. Our local place has spring rolls and they're so good in this sauce, and of course pork belly is just perfect in it!

Is the meat “Beef” or “Pork” bc it looks so good but if it’s pork than I can’t try it forever 😁
