Hello, to check the relays you need to have the board connected to power? I got one of this devices and can't connecto to any car, although I can hear the realys clicking

Hello,
I have a device like this with a double board where a relay is no longer controlled. Unfortunately the driver ICs are not labeled so I don't know which components they are. Can you tell me what kind of IC these are? Or is there a circuit diagram?

Isn't declaring a relay based on none of its pins having 13V too early? I have very limited knowledge about relays but as long as I know they are supposed to conditionally connect some of their pins to some other of theirs. They are not supposed to create 13V out of thin air. So if no PCB track leads 13V to a given pin then its not the relay's fault. (Except when there is a short-circuit between 13V and ground, but should that be the case some voltage drop or smoke is expected to happen.) What do you think?

Yoyo, Why are we looking at this board when in your earlier video you proved that this board is the worst of the clones (junk) because many of the connections are missing? It would be more interesting to see you improve the best of the clone boards.
