Average man’s review of the nerf fortnite blue shock blaster

For a "cartooney" looking M-4 carbine themed foam blaster, I think the the performance is good enough for a "stock" nerf battle.

Well hey my friend. Fun and interesting video. Love how you mix things up. Also love the Ranger look. Goes well with the M4. Not being a guy who buys the branded Hasbro products per se (except the occasional Star Wars blaster) it's nice to hear they actually put out some fun, decent quality things every once and a while. The only Hasbro/Nerf products I picked up last year or two were the Moto Blitz and the Double Punch. You know me enough to know I am usually a competitive player and want me some performance but not to the point where I'll disqualify the fun factor of a blaster. Sounds like it'd be great for younger or Fornite adjacent fans. Definitely some mod potential in there. Absolutely, dart construction is key. Elite darts are garbage. There, I said it. Hasbro, more R & D on darts that aren"t Accustrike. Everyone else seems to be able to do it. Anyway brother, hope you and the fam are well. hope we can chat soon. I modded my Blue Shock with a 1" extension to the ejection button, straight magazine, I cut a notch into the top rail and epoxied the scope from the Elite 2.0 Eaglepoint, and built a box extension and attached to the back of the stock, installed the Flywheel cage from my modded Elite 2.0 stormcharge with no cutting, attached a flashlight holder on the barrel, and epoxied a faux charger pull to make it look better.
After I modded it, the FPS went up to 90-101 from 60-69

I do prefer the turbine, even tough it's a nerf 2.0.. atleast i get full auto and a 18 round mag. Other than that, the performance is more or less the same. What people do get a little more out of the nerf blasters that use AA batteries, is to use lithium batteries, just for the extra voltage. Also the MadCat on the workbench, thumbs up for that :)

I'm in love with the AR style mag release on the Nerf Jyn Erso. With a worker buffer tube and buttstock the proportions are perfect 👌.
