QUICK NOTE: Since people are mentioning it.... For better cinematography, consider flipping the phone so the camera is on the bottom of your camera mount, and raise the camera stand up using some bricks. This will give the illusion that the viewer is *in the set* with the minifig, instead of a weird angled down look throughout the film.

I know all of this, yet here I am. I still use my phone for animating and I really recommend it for any level of brickfilmer. If you know who Jurassic brick productions is, he actually uses a phone and his stuff is AMAZING! thanks rio! God bless

This was a really great video! Although one tip I have is to try flipping your phone the other way so that the camera coming from a straight on, lower angle instead of high angle looking down. It will help it look like the viewer is in the story, not watching over it. It can be a little hard to get invested in a story if you're only watching over it. Just a tip I learned during my time of animating with a phone :)
