Hey Everyone! I have gotten some requests for a tutorial on how to make your minifigures jump in LEGO Stopmotion. So today I am going to be showing you three different ways to make your characters jump. Thanks for watching and good luck on your future brick films.

I always prefer the masking method but instead of having the whole rig behind the character, I would just have a singular pole attached to the character, that way I would only have to erase a little bit of a pole rather than having to mask an entire character AND figure out drop shadows using after effects.

Good ideas here. With the rock technique, you can take a shot of the background then mask out the entire rock
