I just bought my Apple Watch 10 and told Apple that it’s a lot cheaper on Amazon and they price matched it 10% off. I didn’t get the 20th. The Amazon was offering, but I was able to customize my Apple Watch over the phone with Apple. One time I ordered a screen protector and it didn’t work out. At Apple and they didn’t even ask me to return it and they just gave me a refund that is good customer service.
