This was great.. Planning on putting my daughter on gaps and this explained it well for the rest of the family who perhaps won't do the in depth research.

Hi :) I'm about to start GAPS for severe candida/leaky gut and also healing from veganism. So veggies are going to be out for me too. I recently was told that the pancakes have been removed by Natasha due to the high starch content too early. Would you recommend skipping straight onto the next stage then or prolonging the previous stage if pancakes are out? Thanks

You sound like a physician! Great job explaining!
I'm wondering if the keto or carnivore diet makes for a much healthier gut biome. My guess would be yes.

Hello,
I have a simple question: when you follow GAPS or SCD or this kind of diet to heal your gut, how do you know that you are healed? I've red an interview of Dr. Nastasha Mc Bride in which she told that after one or two years you can cut with GAPS and go to a more classical diet. But how do you know that you are ready for this? I don't want to cut too early but in the same time i don't want to be on this diet for ever either. Thanks by advance for your answer. And thanks a lot for all your very helpful contents!

Hi.. Very new here.. My 3 year old son Asher has just been diagnosed with Level 3 autism. I just ordered your book and subscribed to your channel. He is eating healthy versions of all the wrong foods (per the illegal lists)therefore I expect this transition is going to take lots patience and praise. I was thinking to start the diet myself first. He absolutely loves mashed potatoes which is where I hide all of his veggies and he loves oatmeal which is where I hide his avocados and such. He seems to dislike chicken broth and eggs however Im determined to keep trying while I start this diet myself. I want to get familiar with the cooking, ingredients, tools, over all concepts, and process before transitioning my little guy. I figured along the way I could have him try certain foods to learn which ones he is taking a liking to before starting the diet with him. As his father I want to start sooner then later however I also wanna have success, so I am trying to determine to best place to start. Also I am wondering if this diet is lifelong or over a certain period of time. Any tips you have for a brand new super picky eater would be super appreciated. I look forward to reading your book, getting familiar with the diet and starting this journey. Thanks so much for the content, this all looks so so hard for me at this point in my life but I feel I owe this a fair shake and am certainly willing to accept the challenge.

Good video. I am reading Dr. Natasha Campbells' book "Vegetarianism Explained". In it she explains why going vegetarian is harmful to your body. I have been doing keto myself for the past one year but I am thinking of moving towards carnivore.

Great video, I have always considered myself intelligent but until I had to take an Insulin shot in my stomach everyday (For about two weeks while I was researching the cause for Diabetes) I realized the common since dumb things I was doing like never putting together the idea that if someone can swallow a Pharmaceutical Pill & it changes their mental state common since says the food we eat dose the Exact same thing.
