IDC what other's say about this version, I LOVE IT. Ive read the book, the Classics Illustrated comic, the Eternity comics, the 1960 film, 2000s film, played the PC game and this version holds a special spot in my heart =)

I love the differences between the Eloi across the 3 films.
1960: "We're chickens! We won't fight!"
1978: *Sees a Morlock, and hits it without hesitation*
2002: "We wanna fight, but those that fight get taken 1st!"

I remember watching this as a kid, I told my husband years later about it and how truly awful it was. I'm glad you loaded this, I really hate my husband so I'm gonna make him watch it😂😂😂

an excellent quality, other versions are poor; the video quality is really a disaster, but you dear have - undoubtedly - a good version of the movie... i love it!, i´ve downloaded this version to me, i have all the versions (4 w/ this) of the h.g.wells... thank you darling, my bests wishes & blessings to you and yours... gus...

I saw an ad for the 1960 Time Machine (with Rod Taylor and Yvette Mimieux) and wondered if anyone had posted this one.
And here it is; thank you so much! I remember watching it - and noticing how low-budget it was - when it aired.
How did you get it?
I'd forgotten about the morlocks' glowy green stunners until seeing them again, but recalled the line about "machine for making numbers" verbatim even before watching it here.
It's strange to watch now...having worked in video production for years, my standards for good TV are a lot higher. For starters, it would have been helped to have better dialogue.
