Don’t change the time zone. Instead setup your mac’s date and time at the PDT equivalent to your actual time. Just google pdt and the time will show up for you to put it there

How do you delete the updated software from the recovery mode and re download again?

I have MacBook Air 13, and I have tried everything. My Location in India
1. Erase the drive
2. Reset the time (It is showing PDT, the correct time)
3. Reset the NV Ram as well
But, I am still getting the error before 17 seconds to complete the installation
Can anyone please guide me on how can I resolve this issue?

It is showing in UTC format. How can I show in india timezone

date command shows me date of yesterday with PDT timezone. And this error comes after completion of download.

Unfortunately my Mac shows on its terminal the UTC timezone. I think this is why it doesn't start the installation process of Mac os properly.. can you help me with that? The time is correct displayed regarding UTC but it doesn't start the installation..
