Ann Wilson is the GOAT of female rock singers. No one could touch her. She's still killing it.

I swear, when Nancy Wilson hits that lick on the guitar to start “Crazy On You” I can fill the adrenaline course through my body every time.

I’m 55 years old - I’ve heard this song for nearly my entire life, and I still go crazy when this song comes on the radio. Heart totally rocks even after all this time.

The way Ann Wilson belts out this line from Crazy On You - "And you kept me alive with your sweet flowing love" - is the GREATEST all time performance of any female vocalist in the history of Rock. It is unmatched. Pat Benatar and several other female rock vocalists were amazing and sang songs which came close, but Ann Wilson was the greatest, all time Queen of female Rock vocalists.

My memories of Heart is meeting the Wilson sisters at their soundcheck in Houston, way back in the late 70's. I was working the concert in Houston setting up lights, equipment, etc. I had just gotten out of the marines and they noticed the utility shirt I was wearing with USMC on the pocket and asked me where I got it. I told them I had just gotten out after 8 years. They talked a bit, told me their dad was a Marine, gave me a hug and did their soundcheck. I went back to work and after they finished Ann brought me a coke/pepsi, it was a long time ago so not sure, but they were kind to me. I've been a fan ever since.

I always hate it when radio stations delete the acoustic beginning of the song because it creates a great prelude to a killer song

I met Anne and Nancy Wilson and the two guys in the band in my friends family room once. They were all sitting on the couch and my friend introduced me. They were very nice and asked me how old I was and what grade I was in. They said they were in a Band and asked me if I had heard of them. I said No, and they laughed. I was not yet a teenager and they were about 10 years older than me. They had nice manners, but laughed at almost everything I said. I was confident and spoke my mind without intimidation. I remember their hair was pretty crazy and they wore leather and boots. Their image seemed not to match their manners. They were dressed like tough, mean people, but were sensitive, artistic and funny, which, at 11, confused me.

I went to the Montreal Forum to see Rod Stewart, but left remembering Heart. Twenty rows back lined up centre stage, the acoustics were excellent: Ann Wilson's voice just blew me away. If I recall, they opened with that guitar wail on Magic Man, and I became an instant fan. Little did I know it was their first arena gig. They nailed it.
