Google is releasing a lifelike new feature for its personal assistant software that uses artificial intelligence to speak convincingly on the phone with real humans. Tom Brant, a hardware analyst for PC Magazine, speaks to CBSN about the implications of Google Duplex and if it marks a new era of human interaction with AI.

I don't understand why people are losing their minds over such generic feature. saying mm-mm, ohum is not earth shattering. it's just marketing. AI is nothing like what media wants us to believe. AI still has long way ahead of itself. by the way, the most scary part of reality is, people are getting closer to AI, not AI getting closer to humans. because people are getting dumber and shallower everyday, and also their feelings and emotions are flattening too! so some company should invent solutions to make people human again!
