Μία πραγματική κόλαση, επικρατεί εδώ και λίγες ώρες στην ανατολική Συρία, καθώς χθες Πέμπτη υπήρξε επίθεση με drone, εναντίον της Αμερικανικής δύναμης στην περιοχή της Αλ Χασάκα, η οποία είχε ως αποτέλεσμα, να χάσει τη ζωή του ένας Αμερικανός εργολάβος και να τραυματιστούν αρκετοί άνδρες του Αμερικανικού στρατού, κάτι που φυσικά προκάλεσε την άμεση αντίδραση των ΗΠΑ, που μετά από εντολή που έδωσε ο ίδιος ο Αμερικανός πρόεδρος Τζο Μπάιντεν, αμερικανικά μαχητικά αεροσκάφη πραγματοποίησαν σήμερα το πρωί αεροπορικές επιδρομές, εναντίον θέσεων φιλοιρανικών ομάδων, με αποτέλεσμα, οι πληροφορίες που καταφτάνουν μέχρι στιγμής, να μιλούν για 11 νεκρούς μαχητές.
Την ανακοίνωση της έγκρισης αυτής της αποστολής από τον Αμερικανό πρόεδρο, έκανε γνωστή ο υπουργός άμυνας Λόιντ Όστιν, με δήλωση του, λέγοντας:
"Υπό τις οδηγίες του προέδρου Τζο Μπάιντεν, ενέκρινα απόψε αεροπορικές επιδρομές ακριβείας, στην ανατολική Συρία, εναντίον εγκαταστάσεων που χρησιμοποιούνται, από ομάδες που συνδέονται με το Σώμα Φρουρών της Ισλαμικής Επανάστασης του Ιράν.
Οι αεροπορικές επιδρομές διεξήχθησαν ως απάντηση στη σημερινή επίθεση, καθώς και σε μια σειρά πρόσφατων επιθέσεων κατά των δυνάμεων του Συνασπισμού στη Συρία, από ομάδες που συνδέονται με τους Φρουρούς της Ισλαμικής Επανάστασης του Ιράν."
